That relationship begins only when you complete a visit with one of our providers. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional about a medical condition.
Emergencies
Do not use this website for medical emergencies. Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
Eligibility and licensing
Our providers can treat patients only in states where they hold a current license. We confirm your location before your visit and will tell you if we are unable to see you.
Appointments, payments and memberships
An online booking is confirmed only after your payment is verified. Prices are shown before you pay. GLP-1 treatment programs have a 3-month minimum commitment, and multi-month medication plans require membership for the full treatment period. Membership terms, prices and billing intervals are shown before you enroll.
Prescriptions
No medication is prescribed without a clinical evaluation. Prescribing decisions rest with your provider and may include a decision not to prescribe.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. We may deactivate accounts that are misused.
Third-party links and trademarks
We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we link to. Third-party brand names are the property of their owners and are used for identification only.
Text message (SMS) terms
These SMS terms govern your use of the SMS service (“Service”) provided by Health Haven and its affiliates (collectively, “Health Haven”) through our third-party service provider. By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these terms and to the SMS privacy section of our privacy policy.
1. Eligibility
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or under 18 with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt in by submitting your mobile number through our website or a registration form, signing a consent form, or sending an SMS keyword to our designated number.
4. Opting out
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP. You will receive a confirmation message and then no further messages. You may opt in again at any time.

6. Charges and carriers
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan. Health Haven is not responsible for charges from your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Limitations of liability
Health Haven is not responsible for delays in message delivery, undelivered messages due to technical issues, carrier delays or incorrect mobile numbers, or damages arising from your use of the Service beyond the extent permitted by law. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied.
8. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, harassing or obscene content, violate any law or regulation, or interfere with the Service or connected networks.
9. Termination
Health Haven may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time for violating these terms, misuse of the Service, or compliance with laws or carrier requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Health Haven Clinics LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Health Haven operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
